To reserve your child’s special day, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and ensures we can begin planning a fun and memorable celebration just for you!
We kindly ask that bookings be made at least 3–4 weeks before your desired party date to ensure availability and adequate time for planning. The remaining 50% balance is due 2 weeks before the party date.
Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your event.
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel: More than 14 days before the event: You may reschedule your party one time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.
- 14 days or less before the event: Rescheduling may incur additional fees.
