To reserve your special day, we require a 60% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and ensures we can begin planning a fun and memorable experience just for you!

We kindly ask that bookings be made at least 3–4 weeks before your desired date to ensure availability and adequate time for planning. The remaining 40% balance is due 2 weeks before the decor date.

Failure to complete the payment on time may result in the cancellation of your event.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel: More than 14 days before the event: You may reschedule your party one time at no additional charge, subject to availability. Your deposit will be applied to the new date.

14 days or less before the event: Rescheduling may incur additional fees.

7 days or less before the event or no-shows: The full balance of the party is due, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Submit all cancellations or reschedule requests in writing via email.(missepsxm@gmail.com)
